Resiliency Coaching
Dr. Al Siebert provides confidential personal coaching for capable, intelligent, successful people who feel drained by a major external challenge.
Resiliency Coaching is not therapy. It will help you:

Dr. Al Siebert is uniquely qualified for resiliency coaching. He is the highly respected author of The Resiliency Advantage and the perennial top seller, The Survivor Personality. He is quoted as a resiliency expert by many writers. An ex-paratrooper with a PhD in psychology, he has over 35 years experience teaching resiliency and coaching survivors. He was a volunteer rap group leader with Vietnam veterans for three years, he received an award from Oregon's governor for his work with state employees when 4000 positions were eliminated. Brief Biography:
Al Siebert is an ex-paratrooper with a PhD in psychology from the University of Michigan. He is internationally recognized for his survivor personality research. He recently released The Resiliency Advantage which is receiving outstanding reviews. His book The Survivor Personality was published by the Berkley/Perigee Press with a foreword by Dr. Bernie Siegel. It has been translated and published in German, Dutch, Russian, Hebrew, Chinese, Spanish, and most recently, Japanese. He has been interviewed over 200 times on radio and television, including being the local news expert on surviving and resiliency issues, and was on Oprah, NBC Today Show, and The Unexplained.
Dr. Siebert works with many groups on how to thrive during rapid, disruptive change. He has over 30 years experience conducting workshops for corporations, health care groups, educators, and government employees at all levels--federal, state, and local. He received the Oregon Governor's Award for being chosen the "External Trainer of the Year" in 1993 and is a popular keynote speaker at professional conferences.
